The bedrooms have a push code door lock to lock room if tenant wants when not home. The rent is month to month (min 3 months ideally one year lease term) and includes water/sewer/trash, electric, basic cable and wifi. There is open parking in the driveway and garage parking. To move in need to pay first month rent, $75 application fee and pay $250 refundable deposit. To avoid application fee and deposit tenant needs to register on padsplit website and be approved as a member. No pets are allowed.
