No pets, no smoking. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Tenant is responsible for their own electric bill (Duke Energy) and internet bill (Spectrum). Tenants will have access to several amenities, including scheduled use of the clubhouse over weekends for gatherings & parties, basketball court, volleyball court, fitness center, pool, playground, and a walking path looping around a pond. Every unit has it's own single designated parking sport, though there are numerous unmarked free spots for guest parking or additional vehicles. There are interspersed handicap parking spaces and all buildings can be accessed via wheelchair ramps.
