This vacant lot is on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless barrier island that is accessible by private boat or water taxi only. The lot is third back from the gulf. It previously had a lovely beach cottage on it, but that was sadly washed away by hurricanes Helene and Milton. The septic tank is still on the property, no confirmation if it is reusable or not, and the water meter should still be there, but both are buried under the sand that washed in. This is a lovely lot with beautiful gulf views. The county GIS website aerial photo shows where the home used to sit on the property. The photo with the red lines is an approximate idea of where the lot lines are located. The home to the west of the lot was also washed away. There is a community dock for your boat, dock association dues are $250 a year. There are no restaurants, stores or shops on Little Gasparilla Island, just 3 1/2 miles of beautiful beach to enjoy, great fishing in the surrounding waters, and plenty of quiet tranquilly to help you relax and unwind.
